Warranty Information: Our supplier guarantees the workmanship of the products sold
for 1 year in most cases. If you have received a defective product, please review

Shipping Information: Supplier utilizes UPS primarily with an average delivery time of 3-5 business days. Free shipping to all US destinations!
Cancellation & Return Policy: We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction
possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most
non-defective items. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of
up to 30% of the order. Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return
products that:
- Are in their original packaging (not torn or greasy)
- Have original manufacturer information
- Are not used, installed, or disassembled
- Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
- Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions
The following orders are not returnable:
- Custom or special orders
- Automotive repair manuals
- Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, air mass meters, etc) unless defective. All returns will be tested.
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and
verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued.
All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited
only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments

Q. I only have yr make and model information available. Can you look up parts by application?
A. No. Unfortunately we can only cross reference by the catalog/stock # listed on the website.
Q. Do you ship to Canada?
A. Yes. The customer is responsible for all taxes duties and fees incurred after the product reaches the us/Canada border
Q. I placed my order online but I haven't received confirmation yet. What happened?
A. The majority of e-mail providers use a "spam" filter. Our emails are often re-directed to your "spam" or "bulk" folder. Please add the address sales@wheels-and-rims.com to your "safe" list.
Q. I placed my order online and the status is listed on the website as "in locate" what does this mean?
A. The product you ordered was out of stock. We are attempting to find the product for you and when we do we will notify you and ask if you still wish us to ship the product. Your credit card will not be charged until you authorize it.
